Virginia Director

We are looking for a strategic leader to join our team who is committed to empowering others to make an impact in the transition to clean energy and electric transportation. The Virginia Director is a multi-faceted position responsible for the development and growth of Generation180’s campaigns and impact across the state. The Virginia Director will also contribute to the national campaigns and projects supporting the organization’s mission. Importantly, Generation180 is working to facilitate access to Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) funds and other clean energy funding opportunities for home energy upgrades, transportation electrification, school facility improvements, and electric school buses in Virginia.

Philanthropy and Operations Assistant | Part-time Position

We are looking for an energetic and organized team member to assist with a variety of administrative responsibilities. They will work primarily with the operations and fundraising teams, but will have the opportunity to work with our program and communications teams too. The Assistant will both ensure that routine tasks are completed as well as taking on special projects.

Southwestern Pennsylvania Education Market Advisor | Part-time Position

We are looking for a part-time southwestern regional Pennsylvania Education Market Advisor to join our team who is interested in empowering schools to take action on transitioning to clean energy. This part-time consulting position will work closely with the Pennsylvania Director to develop and execute a plan for identifying and assisting schools in their transition to solar energy. The Market Advisor will handle a variety of responsibilities from market research and analysis to coordinating outreach efforts to statewide school board members, school administrators, and facility managers. The candidate will need strong relationship building skills, experience working with school leadership and administrators, and extensive working knowledge of the Pennsylvania educational system.
