Senior Digital Marketing Manager

As part of a small, best-in-class, fast-paced communications team, the Senior Marketing Manager leads brand, growth, digital content, and marketing strategies across all the organization’s campaigns, in coordination with the Communications Director. This role involves overseeing the development and execution of creative marketing strategies across Gen180’s current and future online platforms in order to drive traffic, engagement, and individual actions to advance Gen180’s mission to fight climate change. We are seeking a senior team member with strong marketing and communications experience who knows how to tell a compelling story, is well-versed across a wide variety of content formats and channels, and has the ability to “roll up one’s sleeves” to get the work done.

Graphic Design Assistant

We are ramping up our content creation and looking for an energetic and creative team member to produce visual assets that cut through the noise of online content and inspire others to think differently about their role in the energy transition. Together with our Senior Designer and Communications Team, the Graphic Design Assistant will produce dynamite designs, write inspiring copy, and cultivate Generation180’s online and print presence.

Media Internship

Generation180 interns gain valuable real-world experience and contribute to our understanding of the country’s rapid transition to clean energy. The intern will apply what they’re learning about communications, media, public relations, writing, and/or graphic design in the workplace setting, supporting Generation 180’s new energy narrative communications campaign.

Pennsylvania School Education Market Advisor

We are looking for a Pennsylvania Education Market Advisor to join our team who is interested in empowering schools to take action on transitioning to clean energy. This position will work closely with the Pennsylvania Director to develop and execute a plan for identifying and assisting schools in their transition to solar energy. The Market Advisor will handle a variety of responsibilities from market research and analysis to coordinating outreach efforts to statewide school board members, school administrators, and facility managers. The candidate will need strong relationship building skills, experience working with school leadership and administrators, and extensive working knowledge of the Pennsylvania educational system.
