Electric School Bus Grant Program Offerings Webinar
The Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) has established the FY25 Maryland Electric School Bus Grant Program to direct $17 million for grants to purchase and lease electric school buses (ESB’s) to serve Maryland public school students. The Grant Program offers a statewide competitive application process for eligible vehicles utilized in student transportation services, with a strong focus on expanding access to funding for overburdened and underserved communities facing economic challenges. Join MEA on Monday, December 2nd for an informational webinar to learn about the Electric School Bus Grant Program’s Offerings. Hear from representatives from Prince George County Public Schools to learn how the district has begun adoption of ESB’s in their fleet. Additionally, WRI and NREL will present on additional resources and funding opportunities to support school districts in their adoption of ESB’s.
