Darnell is deeply committed to sustainability and plays a pivotal role in guiding the William Penn School District toward achieving net-zero emissions. By implementing strategic initiatives that promote energy efficiency and environmental stewardship, he fosters a culture of responsibility within the school community. Darnell is excited about the opportunity to continue the implementation of the William Penn School District’s aggressive facilities master plan, with a focus on sustainability, that will update the existing infrastructure and provide modernized environments for students and staff to learn and grow.
