Cale Jaffe is an Associate Professor at the University of Virginia School of Law, and Director of the School’s Environmental and Regulatory Law Clinic. Prior to his appointment at the UVA, Jaffe directed the Virginia office of the Southern Environmental Law Center where he was part of the team that won a unanimous victory before the Supreme Court of the US in Environmental Defense v. Duke Energy, a Clean Air Act case.
