Ingrid joins the team as an Operations Manager with a background as an entrepreneur and small business consultant. She uses her experience in business management, systems thinking, and engineering to help organizations grow effectively while retaining their core values and superpowers. She specializes in rolling up her sleeves to get things done and is passionate about making the world cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia. She’s a third culture kid, first moving to the US when she went to college, and enjoys family road trips, feeding her friends and neighbors, and building her skills as a community herbalist.
