Jessica Lass is a seasoned clean energy and climate communications adviser. She brings 20 years of experience working with government, corporate, tech start-up, and non-profit clients both in-house and at an agency. At Generation180, she works closely with the communications, development, and leadership teams to develop, advise, and execute campaign strategy. Prior to launching Lass Consulting in 2021, Jessica led communications for the U.S. Energy Foundation: the largest clean energy philanthropy in the U.S.,; Aclima: an air quality sensor network startup working with Google to provide real-time analysis of air pollution as it affects human health; and the Natural Resources Defense Council: one of the world’s most prominent and successful environmental advocacy groups. With each of these opportunities, Jessica developed successful engagement strategies with science, legal, and technical staff for a range of environmental, health, and climate programs involving complex legal, scientific, and consumer-facing priorities. Jessica graduated from the University of Denver, currently resides in Northern California, and enjoys outings with her dog and young son.
