Julia is Program Director of the Tilia Fund which is a partnership of private donors who focus their grantmaking on reducing the threat of global climate change, advancing energy efficiency and renewable energy. She is an ecologist with experience in academia, philanthropy, and the non-profit sector. Her work has focused on global environmental change, the interface between science and public policy, and science education.
