Transportation is the number one source of carbon emissions in the U.S. With no tailpipe pollution, electric vehicles (EVs) provide a solution that individuals across the country can transition to today and in the coming years.

The U.S. passed landmark legislation to advance clean energy technologies and programs with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). Through the IRA, EV purchase incentives are available for both new (up to $7500) and used (up to $4000) EVs. These incentives can be used at the time of purchase at the dealership to lower monthly payments.

With an expanding selection of EV models at increasingly affordable prices, electric vehicles are more accessible than ever. But we need to protect this momentum by ensuring the IRA’s EV incentives are not repealed.

Tell your lawmakers to protect the IRA’s EV rebates that support all Americans’ transition to EVs. We can reduce pollution while saving Americans money. Protect the IRA’s EV incentive!
