Bryan is an Energy and Sustainability Coordinator for Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) in Northern Virginia, where he oversees 11+ million square feet of educational and support space. He was the technical lead for the design of the PWCS’ first Net Zero school and helped establish sustainable design principles for high-performance buildings for new construction and renovations.
Bryan has been instrumental in bringing the first geothermal HVAC replacement systems and the first solar PPA to PWCS. He has worked with the other facilities departments to implement smart irrigation systems, power monitoring and alerting, and monitoring-based commissioning at schools across PWCS.
