James (Chris) Fritz is a leader in the field of Student Transportation in the state of Maryland. Active in the field for over 20 years, he has worked in both the Instructional and Operational divisions of the Howard County Public School System. He has worked to introduce alternative fuels and emerging technologies into the system fleet. He is currently partnering with vendors to increase the use of electric school buses in the transport of students and improve electric vehicle infrastructure in the county.
