Robbin Marshall is the Deputy Director of Transportation for Baltimore City Public Schools (BCPS) and manages the transportation for 27,000 students who travel to and from school via public transportation, 6,000 students who are transported via approximately 250 yellow buses and 50 alternative vehicles, and the district’s white fleet. Robbin discovered an error in the reimbursement formula that previous transportation analysts used by BCPS, resulting in more than $2.4M dollars in additional funding.
